Situated on a plot of former railway-owned land at the southern end of St Mary Street, Cardiff. The distinctive design of the hotel is an integral part of its modern In Touch in Town urban concept.

History
The Sleeperz chain is developing a series of "luxury budget" hotels across Britain. Sleeperz' strategy has been to work with Network Rail on developing difficult sites close to mainline railway terminals in major cities with the help of architect Peter Clash of Clash Associates and lead designer Jamie Buchanan.
Features
Sleeperz hotels are design led in both their bedrooms and communal areas, with the same fresh and modern approach being reflected in their food and beverages. On the outside, this hotel has a strikingly modern appearance with impressive glazing. On the inside the 74 guest rooms offer uber-cool finishing touches like floor-to-ceiling windows, wooden floors, tiled wet-rooms and tactile leather finishes.
The restaurant/breakfast area overlooks the central square, whilst the lounge bar area has a wood burning fire and beautiful leather sofas.
