10 Jonathan

Facebook

Sweat and pain are the name of the game in this new series as twenty competitors undertake extreme fitness tests which push them to the limits. But only ten will make it through to the final and the T3 Fitness Camp in Tenerife.

Rugby ace Jonathan Davies will host 10 Jonathan. He'll be joined by his two co-judges, Welsh women's rugby star and captain of the Welsh women wrestlers in the forthcoming Commonwealth Games, Non Evans, and trainer of the North Wales Fire Brigade and of the UK's most successful adventure racing team, Tim Lloyd.

The twenty contenders must be consistent in their performances to ensure their place at Fitness Camp T3 in Tenerife.

Jonathan says, "We're looking for the fittest lad and lady in Wales. They'll have to shine in special tests and show their skills, ability, strength, speed and power. I hope we can find someone who can show talent in every field so their preparation will be of huge importance. There's no room for mistakes because the cameras will see everything," says Jonathan.

The challenges vary each week and the competitors will try out some of Wales's top class facilities. Centres such as the Velodrome in Newport, Cardiff International Pool, Boulders - Wales's largest indoor climbing centre - and The Cardiff White Water Rafting Centre are among those featured.

"The tasks have been devised by Cardiff Blues' Conditioning Coach Trystan Bevan to make sure we find a true champion - a real all-rounder. They'll be put to the test in all sorts of disciplines rowing, cycling, running, climbing and swimming."
