3 Lle: Angharad Tomos

It is no surprise that one of the author, Angharad Tomos' favourite places is Dyffryn Nantlle, as she has never left the area for any length of time. She discusses being brought up in a family of five girls and her work as a writer. We also hear how she created the lovable characters, Rala Rwdins and Rwdlan.

Angharad's second place is a gypsy caravan near Rhydlewis, where she went on holiday with her young son a few years ago. She finds the peace and simplicity of the place very appealing. She talks of her urge to travel and also openly discusses her periods of depression.

At the Rocking Stone near Tredegar, Angharad explains her commitment to the Welsh Language and Cymdeithas yr Iaith. We hear of her experiences while protesting and in prison. She recalls coming to the Rocking Stone for the first time with her husband. Cen Llwyd and Sian Howys also take part in the programme.
