3 Lle: Ifan Huw Dafydd
One of actor Ifan Huw Dafydd's favourite places is his grandparents' cottage, Tŷ Poeth, near Llandysul. He spent a great deal of his childhood here and the sounds of the old dwelling have stayed in his memory ever since. The sound of the kettle simmering on the stove and the sound of the milk lorry.
His second place is Clwyd Theatre Cymru. The theatre is very important to Huw and it is the dramas depicting the life of the common man that appeal to him most.
Huw has been very interested in the history of the First World War for some time, especially in the battle of Mametz Woods in France and his visit to the area turns out to be a very emotional one.
Also taking part in the programme are Huw's sister, Mary Williams and Clwyd Theatre's director, Terry Hands.
