The painting this week is of Caernarfon Castle, painted by London artist John Brett in 1879. It is among many landscapes painted by Brett in his visits to Wales over a 30-year period. Provocatively entitled 'Stronghold of the Seison [English] and the Camp of Kittywake', it belongs to the National Museum of Wales.
The two artists who take on this painting on their own style are Darren Hughes and Rowena Edwards. Darren chose the medium of watercolour on canvas, but Rowena's starting-point was and old duvet, which initially gave Osi a bit of a shock whilst filming this colourful episode.
