Cân i Gymru 2009 Mobile Phone Download Service

  1. The cost of the service is 50 pence which is charged only on receipt of return text.
  2. The return text carries an internet web link which can be used to access the Cân i Gymru download site.
  3. Once received the purchaser may use the link for the duration of the service.
  4. There is no limit to the amount of material that may be downloaded from this site.
  5. The site carries MP3 recordings of all the songs featured in the competition.
  6. The service will operate between 17:00 on Friday 27 February 2009 and Friday 27 March 2009 unless otherwise stated.
  7. Avanti Television and their agents Content Guru reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend this service at any time.
  8. Any changes and amendments to the period or conditions of this service will be published via www.myspace.com/canigymru2009 and this information is available at no cost.
  9. Any complaints regarding this service should be made to the S4C Viewers' Hotline on 0870 600 4141.
  10. In accessing this service via mobile telephone the purchaser acknowledges that he/she is the registered owner of the mobile phone or that the relevant permission to use this service has been obtained.
  11. This service may be accessed from the internet without use of a mobile phone once the address has been delivered via return text and the sum of 50 pence charged.
