I started in 1992 due to the fact that my parents had a restaurant in Ronda
What is your one tip for budding chefs?
To use fresh and good quality ingredients and try to be as authentic as you can.
Your favourite recipe/dish?
Rice with mix shellfish - Arroz caldoso con Marisco
If you were a spice / herb what would it be?
Saffron, because it is difficult to find!
If you were put on a desert island who would you like as company and what food?
My mother because she can prepare the most delicious food with very basic ingredients. I would also take with me lots of cured meat.
