Bryn Williams
As expected, Bryn has been very busy since his appearance on the last series of Casa Dudley.
The man from Denbighshire has been in popular demand, with commitments including appearances on BBC1's Saturday Kitchen and UKTV Food's Market Kitchen.
The popular chef has also been working alongside the Rhug Estate, near Corwen, consulting and developing recipes for their range of organic foods.
Although Bryn rarely has time to return home to Denbigh these days, the growing share of Welsh patrons at Odette's make him feel right at home, and he is still committed to using the very best of Welsh produce in his menus. Fresh meat from John Williams the Vale of Clwyd butcher, Henllan Lamb and Cenarth Cheese have all delighted the palettes of Primrose Hill during Bryn's tenure as head chef.
Bryn Williams has held the position of Head Chef at Odette's in Primrose Hill since autumn 2006 and now as the restaurant celebrates its 30th anniversary, he is delighted to announce his take over of the property to become the sole proprietor and head chef of this north London institution.
Bryn looks forward to concentrating on maintaining the restaurant's stellar standards, as well as welcoming more compatriots through its doors in the near future.
