Llinos Woods
Expert pastry chef Llinos Woods, who originally hails from Llandeilo, has been living and working in London for the past thirteen years, the last five of which she has spent as a Pastry Chef at the Peter Jones restaurant in Sloane Square.
During her time in the city, she has worked as a pastry chef at some world-famous establishments with some of the industry's most prodigious talents. Her considerable credentials include working with the original celebrity chef, Marco Pierre White at The Belvedere, with Philip Howard at his Mayfair restaurant The Square, as sous pastry chef for legendary French Chef Pierre Koffman, as well as at The Savoy Hotel.
Llinos' interest in all things culinary was sparked at an early age, when she used to help her mother cook all sorts of home-made delights before taking them down to the local marketplace to sell. Having decided to pursue a career in the field, she spent two years at Pibwrlwyd Catering College, Carmarthen. She then spent a year travelling the world, experiencing cuisines and cultures which have influenced her throughout her career.
During her free time she enjoys designing and preparing celebration cakes for friends and family, and would like one day to set up her own cake business with her chef husband.
