Marco Bastarelli
Marco Bistarelli and his wife Barbara's gastronomic journey started in 1992 when they managed a restaurant that was part of a hotel named Titerno in Citta di Castello. Marco was a young excellent chef and his wife thoughtful and hard working. In 1995 Marco was accepted as a member of the prestigious and exclusive 'Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe' which was created in France in 1974. After their success at Titerno, in 1997 Marco and his wife fulfilled their dream and restored an old postal garage and opened their successful restaurant called 'Resturant Il Postale.'
