Sergio has been involved in the tourism industry for over 14 years, and his interest started with his mother - she was his mentor.

When did you start cooking and what made you start?
I have been cooking since I was 5 and my mother was my first mentor. Her food was simple, wonderfully honest, tasty and generous, and it is exactly on this basis that our cooking demonstrations are based.
