Nerys has a vast amount of experience with food, catering and hospitality. She has done managing work for numerous companies and has travelled extensively promoting Welsh food and drink.
Nerys develops new ideas for marketing food, promoting produce, test recipes, and develop menus among other things.
This year we hope to see a cookery book by Nerys, a book that concentrates on regional Welsh dishes with new recipes using the best Welsh produce.
