Llandrillo College
Since its establishment 40 years ago the Orme View restaurant has developed a reputation for first class quality and service. In 2003 as a part of a major renovation programme, it was rebuilt and completely refurbished with a state of the art kitchen and dinning facilities.
Within this training environment, students are taught to the highest standards using the latest equipment and technology.
The restaurant can be booked for private parties as well as conferences.
The school of Hospitality has won a host of national and international awards in recent years including the prestigious Best Hotel School of Europe Award 2000.

Aberystwyth
Welsh language is used in the daily life of the school and the majority of lessons. Sustaining a Welsh ethos within the school, the local community and beyond is a central part of the school's work. The new state of the art building gives Penweddig one of the best education facilities in Wales.
Carmarthen
The catering and hospitality department based at the Piwbrlwyd campus in Carmarthen boast a well-known training restaurant. The course offers a mixture of theory and practical skills with students spending time in classrooms, a training restaurant and on industrial placement.
A variety of full time and part time courses suitable for both school leavers and mature people wishing to enter employment or better their cooking skills.
