Round 2

The standard again was high in Round 2 and the task of choosing the eight an immense challenge. The challenge ahead was to create a dish in seventy-five minutes using chicken or poussin. The twelve competitors were nervous, sweating and panicking before even reaching the hot kitchen!

In the back of everyone's mind...only room for eight at Chez Dudley and four go home!
