The Ha Ha Hairies always wash their garden which is why it's so beautiful. Not so Boris Boo Hoo which is why his garden has grown a stinkety pongo plant. Pooh! Boris, disguised as the Hairy Old Hag of Happiness, takes the plant to the Hairies promising that it will bring them happiness. And it does. The same cannot be said for Boris, the Bristly Whistler Bird sees to that!
