After 6 months of hard work from you all, the present series of Codi Canu has come to an end. Congratulations to all who contributed to the success of the series. S4C have sent a message of praise and congratulations. Saturday was a long and hard day for all concerned — choirs, conductors, mentors, technical team and production team — many thanks for your patience and energy. Due to the bad weather towards the end of the week, the production team worked for endless hours at short notice preparing additional items in case any of the choirs were unable to make the journey down! Many thanks for your efforts in getting to the Hall (many of you after a longer journey than anticipated) and for your wonderful performances as individual choirs and as the massed choir! Spectacular!
The singing and the conducting was of the highest standard and we hope you've had a chance to relax and recover.
A special congratulations to the Rhos choir, Geraint and Stifyn for your victory, but, as the saying goes, it's not the winning but the taking part that most important. Many thanks to all!
