What's worrying Eurof?
"Eurof is a big worrier," says Matthew Gravelle, the 32-year-old actor who plays the shy, innocent Welsh teacher in Con Passionate.
Eurof should be the happiest man in town, as he's about to marry the girl of his dreams, Lara, who's pregnant with his child, but he still worries about anything and everything.

"He's worried about the wedding, the birth and the text messages he's been receiving on his phone,” adds Matthew, who is married to actress Mali Harries, who plays Kate in drama series, Caerdydd. "In each series, Eurof thinks he's going nuts, but it's worrying about everything that's driving him mad. He always expects the worse."
Despite this, Matthew admits that it's Eurof's weaknesses which make him such a pleasure to play.
"I've really enjoyed the part. The fact that Eurof has so many weak points makes him interesting to play. He's totally different to Lyn, my character in Y Pris, who's full of self-confidence."
But after playing the role for three series, Matthew is beginning to worry that Eurof's awkward and clumsy nature is rubbing off on him in real life.
"After filming each series, I seemed to be tripping over things and being generally clumsy. But, thank goodness, it never lasts long," he explains.
Will the wedding bells ring out happily for Eurof and Lara?

An interview with Shân Cothi
Shân Cothi was brought up in the village of Ffarmers in Carmarthenshire. She has travelled the world as one of Wales' best-known sopranos, and is now back on our screens as the enigmatic conductress, Davina Roberts, in S4C's award-winning drama, Con Passionate. Here she talks about the inspiration behind her character and her feelings about taking another acting role.
New Series
"I wanted to end on a high note before I completely lost the plot!" laughs author Siwan Jones, talking about the eagerly-awaited third series of Con Passionate which returns to our screens on Sunday, 26 October, for its grand finale.
The last series, which won one of the world's most prestigious television awards, the Golden Rose d'Or, ended on a dramatic cliff-hanger. Dark secrets raised their heads and things turned sour as Irfon and Pete brawled over Davina. Now, some questions remain unanswered and viewers are keen to find out what has happened to Gwili Male Voice Choir's fiery musical director, the members of the choir and their families.

Opera singer Shân Cothi plays Davina, with William Thomas, Matthew Gravelle and Steffan Rhodri – Dave in comedy series Gavin and Sacey – among the members of the cast.
We'll see several new faces in this series, including Sara Lloyd Gregory who has starred in Y Pris on S4C, Belonging and the BBC's recent adaptation of Tess of the D'Urbervilles. Sara plays Ellen Wynne, a young and attractive accompaniest, who's happy to stand up to Davina.
Rhodri Evan, winner of the Best Actor award in the 2008 Bafta Cymru Wales ceremony for playing Balders in Cowbois ac Injans, will play Cecil, Andy and Judith's nosey neighbour. Aneirin Hughes will star as dangerous ladies' man, Irfon, in this series.
Humour and fantasy lie side by side, with the drama focusing on the members of the choir and their problems and love lives. With the threat of a strike hanging over them and rumours rife about the formation of a new mixed choir – will it be music all the way for the choir?
For writer Siwan Jones the decision not to pen another series was a difficult one. "Writing the words 'The End' was indeed an emotional experience because I feel that I have lived with the characters for so long and formed a close relationship with them. But there is plenty of drama, fantasy, singing and bickering in this new series to entertain the viewers and also some new faces among the old favourites."
