What work do you do Cathrin?

I'm the executive director of Dolen Cymru, a charity that promotes relations between Wales and Lesotho in South Africa.

Why do you want Eleanor's help?

I need advice on two things. Firstly, what to wear to the office everyday; I was quite a young director when I started, I was 25, so I need advice on what's appropriate for my role. And secondly, we have three events coming up that I need Eleanor's help with.

What kind of events have you got coming up?

The first will be a polo match at Highgate, just outside London where Prince Harry, Dolen Cymru's sponsor will be presenting a cheque. Secondly, we have a conference in Cardiff for all the charities that work in Lesotho. And our third event will be an evening reception at the National Museum in Cardiff where an auction will be held to raise money for Dolen Cymru where Assembly Members, Prince Harry and other influential people will be attending.

Would you agree that your wardrobe is full of ‘safe' clothes?

Yes, I think so; it's full of black, white and grey clothes.

To help Cathrin, our stylist Eleanor Gardner will be giving her some style tips.

E: What did you wear the first time you met Prince Harry?

I bought a pair of black trousers, black boots and a black and white satin top to match.

E: Your style seems to be quite safe and boring and I get the impression that you're not too keen on showing off your body or wearing short skirts. I think you need to emphasize your body shape more – you have an amazing body and I think you need to make the most of it and not be scared to show it off.

For the office I've chosen a grey jacket with black trousers and a white shirt. The grey jacket is quite conservative, but we can create a more contemporary look by wearing it with black wide legged trousers that sits on the waist.

E: For the reception I've chosen a cocktail dress in a bright colour - something that I think Cathrin is scared of doing, but I know that the colour will look amazing on her and the cut sill show off her body.

E: For the polo match I've put Cathrin in a dress that looks conservative but has a little bit of a twist to it because even though it's black and white it has a very strong pattern on it. To add colour to it I've teamed it with red patent block heeled shoes and a red belt.

This is the kind of outfit I would expect Cathrin to wear to work or to an important meeting. I've chosen the red jacket because it nips in at the waist creating a structured look. The trousers are straight and quite fitted and show off Cathrin's great body.

Nia: You've got such a great body I can see why Eleanor has put you in fitted clothes. Is it something new for you to wear fitted clothes? Would you have chosen any of these clothes if Eleanor hadn't have picked them for you?

I would never have chosen the cocktail dress myself. Actually I don't think I would have chosen the black and white dress for the polo match either, but I really like them both.

What do you think will be everyone's response to your new look?

I think it'll be a mixed response.

Anna, you're Cathrin's sister, what do you think of her new image?

I think she looks like someone Prince Harry would like to meet! I like the dress but I'm not too sure about the belt!
