Stylist Eleanor Gardner will be transforming Lleucu Cravos from Cardiff's style with a fashion makeover.
Tell me about your work and how you are expected to dress for you job.
I work for Cardiff University in the Welsh for Adults Centre. I don't feel that there are any big expectations for me to look overly smart at work because I don't have stand in front of classroom, I don't teach and anyway, universities aren't really places where people dress smartly are they? They are places where everyone wears what they want to wear.
When you get dressed in the morning, is there an item of clothing that you need to wear in order to put you in the mindset for work?
No! I guess that I should do if everyone else does. But, no!
Why do you want Eleanor's advice? Is there anything in particular that you need help with?
I need to learn how to dress properly. I need to learn how to enjoy clothes shopping – everybody else loves to shop, but I get a panic attack when I go, I just don't know what to do. I walk into a shop and think, Aaaarrrrgh! There are hundreds of things here and I don't like any of them, nothing suits me – and I just walk out the door. I need help!
Eleanor: I'm going to give Lleucu a waist, big breasts and a big bum and she's going to look fabulous!
The shape of this dress is going to be perfect for Lleucu as it shapes the waist and is very feminine, so I think this would be a useful addition to her wardrobe.
E: The light colours in Lleucu's hair has softened the shape of her face and now shows it off better and it also makes her eyes stand out more.
Catrin: (makeup) Lleucu's got great skin so I've kept make-up to a minimum. I've used browns and golds to match her skin and they really work.
Nia, you're one of Lleucu's friends, how would you describe her style?
Nia: I've known Lleucu for years, we were at University together. She still wears clothes that she borrowed from me at University now! She was very interested in fashion when we were at Uni, but now she tends to wear loose clothes that make her look older than she is so it'll be nice to see her in something that suits her better.
Nia: What about you Anna, you work with Lleucu, what kind of clothes does she wear to work?
I see her in black or grey clothes that don't look good; they're also quite loose so it'll be refreshing to see her wearing some colour.
Nia: So Nia, what do you think of Lleucu's new look?
Nia: She looks completely different, I love her hair! She looks amazing!
N: Lleucu, I think the transformation is amazing. But what do you think?
Lleucu: I think it's fantastic. I've enjoyed every minute of it, it's been great and I feel gorgeous!
Nia: Did you feel that somehow you'd started to disregard yourself?
Yes, I think I lost my way, lost my confidence for a while, but now I've got it back again and it's a great feeling – fantastic!
Nia: Do you think that having Eleanor teach you some style rules has been useful?
Yes, extremely useful. I've gone from someone who hates shopping to someone who loves to shop in three days!
Eleanor: Don't be afraid of trying new things on.
I think that's the most useful thing I've learned from this - just go for it!
