What do clothes mean to you?
I love dresses in different colours, and I like to experiment with new styles. I'm always looking through magazines to see what's going to be fashionable this season, and I try to wear things together that will make me unique.
You have a lot of clothes with sequins on them, are you attracted to sparkly clothes?
I love sparkly clothes. I think it's because when I was younger I used to do stage shows. I've been performing since I was about three, and right up until I started working on Uned 5, so I'm used to dressing up and wearing make-up on stage. I do like quite girly things and clothes with a lot of sequins on them.
Does presenting Uned 5 give you a chance to dress up?
I never thought that I'd end up presenting, I sort of fell into it. But I do like to be smartly dresses. I think that I've inherited that from my grandmother and my mum's style, because they always dress smartly, so I think that's had a big influence on me.
Are you sentimental about your clothes?
I have a few items of clothing that have a story to them. For example, I was wearing a silver sequin dress when Huw asked me to marry him. So, I'll never get rid of that dress because it reminds me of such a happy time.
You're quite a lucky girl, not only do you have a wardrobe for your clothes, but you've got an entire room to keep everything in!
Having a whole room as my wardrobe was one of my conditions when I moved in with Huw. I've always wanted a walk-in wardrobe since I was a child. I'm a huge fan of the series Sex and the City, and the character Carrie Bradshaw has an amazing wardrobe. So I've always wanted a wardrobe like hers - really I just want to be Carrie Bradshaw!
On top of your wardrobe you've got dozens of shoeboxes, all of them with a Polaroid of the pair inside on them!
I have so many shoes that I don't remember which pair is in which box, so I decided to take a Polaroid and sick them on the box just like Carrie Bradshaw does in Sex and the City. I'm sad, I know!
You have an amazing collection of dresses. Where did you get this one?
This used to be my mum's dress. She wore it to her brother's wedding when I was about one. For some reason, I love going through old wedding snaps, and when I saw this I remember telling my mum, 'Oh, wow mum you look so pretty, will you keep this dress for me?' The handbag that I use with this dress belongs to my grandmother. She wore it to my mum's wedding. I've inherited a few handbags from my grandmother, and inside each one I've found a small mirror, a purse that matches the bag and a handkerchief.
This black dress is lovely. For what occasion did you buy this?
I wore this dress to BAFTA Cymru a few years ago. Uned 5 was nominated for a BAFTA. Initially, I wasn't going to buy a new outfit because I had so many clothes already, but thankfully I did buy this dress, because we won. Even though it looks quite plain from the front, the back has a corset effect. So when we went up to collect the award, all I could think about was, great, now everyone can see the beautiful detailing on the back of this dress!
This is an amazing dress, where did you get this?
We did an underwater photoshoot for Uned 5 that was a lot of fun - it was an amazing day and I really enjoyed it. But it was quite difficult because when the dress was wet, it became very heavy. When I came out of the pool I was afraid that the dress would be ruined from the water, but thankfully it's still perfect.
You've a lot of great outfits. Does that also mean that you've got a lot of great coats to match them?
One of my favourite coats that I have is a grey fake fur one. When I used to perform on stage, there would always be a great clothes department which was full of old clothes that people had donated to make costumes. Once when I was there I saw this fake fur coat and thought, 'Wow, vintage, that looks nice'. So I asked if I could borrow the coat for a wedding I was attending, and I have to confess I never returned it!
