Where do you begin when you go shopping?

I don't like to shop. When I've got it in my head that I need something new, I go into the shop and can't see anything I like. And when I try things on, they don't look right and then I get fed up!

I saw this top in Seconds Ahead and when I got home the kids said, “You're not going out in that are you?” and I replied, “Yes. It's new so I'm going to wear it!”

For what kind of occasion would you wear this outfit?

I'd wear this outfit to Sunday school or Chapel or maybe a meeting. I think it's quite a nice outfit... we'll see what Eleanor thinks!

Eleanor: Wendy is a very attractive woman and she needs to celebrate that. I've chosen bright colours and feminine cuts. My aim is to get her out of those old clothes that don't do anything for her figure and turn her into a 'yummy mummy'.

Her wardrobe is very untidy and there are a lot of old clothes here, mostly from the 90s.

Breasts are wonderful things, and if you've got them then you should celebrate them, but in the right way of course!

For Wendy it's important to wear clothes with a deep 'V' collar to bring the eye down to the waist. Even though she's a mother of four it doesn't mean that she shouldn't show her curves.

Wendy needs to wear bright colours like pinks and reds. Light colours drain the colour from her skin and make her look pale. I think it's important to wear colour as it instantly makes you feel more positive.

It's essential to have a tidy wardrobe because when you get up in the morning the last thing you want to see is clutter. You need to be able to clearly see all of your clothes so that you can decide what to wear for the day. It sounds extreme but it works!

This outfit is fantastic!

I think the red lifts my spirits! You wouldn't think that colour could have such an effect but it does! I love this jacket and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use from it.

This outfit is a little more formal to wear when you go out.

This dress is very comfortable and the boots hide my legs so I'm happy! I would never have thought about wearing brown with grey and maroon, but I think they look great together.

It's been a fantastic experience to have Eleanor tell me what styles and colours suit me. It's all new to me, and from now on I'll be more enthusiastic about trying different things on. I feel very confident and it's made me realise that I need to try and make more time for myself, and I think from now on I will!
