Whether you'r just chatting to your friends, gaming or posting things on your social network, it pays to think about how to be safe online. Here are some places to help you do that.

    If your under 18 and worried about anything, you can get help day or night by phoning Childline Cymru for free or by going to their website for more information about how they can help you. The adults who answer your calls are there to help you with any problem in your life. If you're hard of hearing, you can also use a text phone on the number given.

    A site about young people helping and supporting each other online. If you're being bullied, feeling a bit low, or are maybe troubled by something and you're not sure what to do or who to talk to, then you can find help here.

    This looks at all the potential dangers with interactive services online like chat, IM, online games, email and on mobiles.

    Information for educators, parents, carers, and young people. It seks to raise awareness and understanding of what digital citizenship is and how to become responsible DIGItal citiZENS.
