Giving blood

The Welsh Blood Service needs over 400 donations per day to keep Welsh hospitals and other services with an adequate supply. It is possible to donate not only some normal blood, but also individual parts of the blood such as platelets, which are especially important for those with certain types of cancer, for instance.

More information about how to donate and to become part of the register can be found from the link on this page.
