Duck in fruit sauce, Feta and courgette fritters and Eaton Mess were all on the menu in a special evening with popular S4C chef, Dudley Newbery.
Fans of the TV favourite attended the event, organised as part of S4C's Calon Cenedl (Heart of a Nation) campaign, at the Beaufort Theatre's Ballroom in Ebbw Vale to chat and quiz the chef and enjoy a cookery demonstration.
Dudley returns to S4C in November with his latest series, Dudley ar Daith (Dudley on Tour). At the end of the year, the chef will also challenge eight Welsh celebrities in the heat of the kitchen in the series Dudley: Pryd o Sêr.
