Gwion Hallam

As well as presenting Dechrau Canu Dechrau Canmol, Gwion Hallam works as a freelance author. Brought up in Amanford, he and his family now live in Portdinorwic in north Wales.

Over the years, he’s worked in several fields, as a teacher, a youth worker and a TV presenter – he used to present arts magazine Croma on S4C.

He has scripted for TV and radio, and has published two volumes of poetry for children. In 2005 he published his first novel- Creadyn – which won the Tir Na Nog Children's Book Awards in 2006.
