Bethan Elfyn presents Sunday night's programme from Pontrhydfendigaid and Tregaron. The congregational singing comes from the Pontrhydfendigaid Pavilion with five well-known hymns along with the more modern favourite Iesu yw’r Iôr.

In the Tregaron area, postmaster David Bennett talks about his work experiences, the role the chapel plays in his life and the renovation of the chapel he attends in the town centre.

Ifan Gruffydd, who is also from the area, talks about his spiritual experiences throughout his childhood growing up in Tregaron and the meditational aspects of the agricultural world. He also asks a few questions about religion in Wales today.
