National Eisteddfod of Wales

This week, we'll be returning to the National Eisteddfod of Wales, Cardiff and District. As well as hearing the congregational singing from the Eisteddfod field – favourites such as the hymn writer William Williams Pantycelyn's words to William Owen's popular hymn tune, Bryn Calfaria – we will hear two locals, Rhidian Marc and Emyr James, singing together. We'll learn more from Sian Llewelyn about informal Alpha courses. Also, the Reverend Evan Morgan and Rhys Llwyd will be giving their views on Iesu! – the play that was premiered in the Sherman Theatre during the National Eisteddfod of Wales festival and staged by Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru.
