This weeks Dechrau Canu Dechrau Canmol comes from Brynsiencyn, Anglesey, home to the popular singer Margaret Williams.

She’ll be going back ‘home’ in the company of Bethan Elfyn, and visiting the places that were important to her during her childhood - , the chapel, the church and Beaumaris Church.

Margaret will be singing a number of songs, amongst them will be Tecwyn Ifan’s old classic – ‘Bytholrwydd’ and ‘Milwaukee’. She’ll also be singing with the two local choirs – Seiriol Choir – singing ‘Estyn dy Ddwylo’, and the Anglesey Young Theatre Choir – with a translation of a popular Westlife song ‘You Raise Me Up’ – ‘Dyrchefir Fi’.
