Next week Rhys Meirion will walk part of the Cistercian Way, a route which winds its way around Wales. His journey will begin in Lampeter and follow the path as far as Strata Florida, visiting a number of locations in Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire which were important to the White Monks such as Llangeitho, Llanddewibrefi and Tregaron. We'll hear about the history of the Cistercians, and also about some of the area's most famous people such as Daniel Rowlands, and Dafydd ap Gwilym, one of Wales' most famous poets. Our congregational singing comes from churches and chapels all over Wales.
