ANGLESEY COASTLINE

Chef Dudley Newbery travels to the Isle of Anglesey to sample the local seafood. After hunting for crabs on Dulas beach with Owie Jones, he prepares crabs in Cognac. Dudley then meets Steff, head-chef at the Lobster Pot restaurant in Church Bay, who rustles up a seafood pasta dish as well as a Church Bay lobster. Dudley also visits Gwilym Hughes at Swtan Cottage, the oldest thatched house on the island, and cooks mackerel with a delicious lime and ginger stuffing.
