Brian, the son, has set up 'Beef Direct', an initiative which sees the farm butcher, package and sell its own meat at farmers' markets. Daughter, Gwen, has started a smoking company 'Deri Môn' which smokes all kinds of local foods, and is also part of a new scheme called 'Anglesey Farm Accommodation' which provides bed and breakfast accommodation for holidaymakers.

"It's important we acknowledge the expertise and skill of these people and do as much as we can to promote the excellent food which is available in Wales if we only seek it out," says Dudley.
