Tonight Dudley visits Phil Fowlie - pig-breeder, shop-keeper, collector of whisky and councillor from Aberffraw on Anglesey and helps with preparations for his end-of-season party. John Hughes Jones, a butcher from Llanrug, prepares and roasts one of Phil's pigs, Phil's mother and aunt make a rather special cheesecake and Dudley makes a chocolate and courgette cake with cream.
