In this week's programme, chef Dudley Newbery concentrates on the obesity epidemic present among Welsh children. During the show, we'll see a healthy-eating pilot scheme in Carmarthenshire which promotes a new style of school dinner menu featuring less choice, less emphasis on chips and a greater use of fresh local produce. Dudley will also look at worrying evidence that suggests young mothers aren't capable of preparing healthy meals for their children and that Welsh schools don't teach basic cooking skills to their students. On the menu: a healthy ham roll, lamb and venison pasties and chicken on a bed of ratatouille.
