In this programme chef Dudley Newbery creates a variety of scrumptious sandwiches using some of the delicious breads available. He'll create his favourite steak sandwich with fresh pesto sauce on wholemeal bread, a tasty Thai sandwich, a classic bacon sarnie, a vegetarian garlic mushrooms sandwich and bread and butter pudding. Dudley will also discover Llangefni's favourite filling and chat to William Davies, of Lampeter's Et Voila bistro, about what makes the perfect sandwich.
