GOWER TO THE SEVERN

On Dudley's last stage of his gastronomic journey along the coastline of Wales he will be travelling from the Gower peninsular along the coast to the Severn estuary and the menu will include famous Gower seafood, Swansea Bay red mullet, monkfish for an energetic crew at Porthcawl cliffs, Cod in Beer batter on Penarth pier, and wild Severn Salmon caught using the ancient method of Lave netting.
