Come Cooking - Courgette
The first of eight programmes promoting cooking with good quality fresh ingredients. The vegetable of the week is the courgette and the chef of the week is Padrig Jones with his Globe Artichoke recipe. The programme also visits the cheese factory at Newcastle Emlyn and features a culinary race from Guto Nyth Bran's home town. Dudley also visits Bryn Dwyfor Williams, chef at The Orrery in London.
