This week Gwilym Euros from Blaenau Ffestiniog talks about his love of food from the Far East and Dudley cooks him Pork and Prawns Vietnamese-style. The potato is the vegetable of the week and John Thomas, the gardener from Rhos y Gilwen Mansion in North Pembrokeshire talks about growing them and the dietician Nia Rees Williams talks about their health benefits. On the campus of Trinity College, Carmarthen Dudley cooks Cod in coconut batter with Thai flavours and in London, Llinos Woods, the pastry chef in the Peter Jones department store in Sloane Square prepares a Fig Tart. Back in Cardiff, Dudley and his weekly challenge prepares Chicken with butter & garlic for Eilir Owen Griffiths in the time it takes Eilir to walk to his local chippy to get his Friday-night supper.
