This week's cooking challenge comes from Cerrigydrudion karting centre where Dudley will be preparing vegetarian burgers for six children. Chef Kevin Williams prepares a meal using kale, while Dudley cooks parsnip soup with walnut pesto. Dudley and his mobile kitchen will be at Dolgellau mart - what will the farmers think of his beef in chilli and orange sauce?
