This week Dudley and his guests will be cooking with local fresh produce while looking ahead to Christmas. Young mothers in Holyhead will be given advice on using Christmas lunch leftovers to create a tasty meal. There will be a healthy recipe with Tofu for the keep fit ladies of Porthmadog. Chef of the week, Billy Taylor from Portmeirion has a recipe using Cranberries. Red cabbage is the vegetable of the week, and ten Father Christmas' from Caernarfon will be challenging Dudley to the weekly culinary challenge. And lastly there will more Christmas tips from the kitchen.
