DEE ESTUARY TO CONWY
During the next 8 weeks Dudley will be going on a gastronomic tour of the coastline of Wales, from the Dee estuary to the Severn estuary - over 900 miles of sandy beaches, beautiful estuarys, dramatic cliffs and some of the best food to be found anywhere. Dudley will be tasting and cooking a wide variety of produce, from land and sea, some familiar to us, others not so familiar. Tonight he'll be travelling from the Dee estuary close to Connaugh's Quay along the coast to Conwy, and the recipes will include Salmon, Buffalo meat, Plaice and Mussels.
