LLYN PENINSULA

The third stage of Dudley's gastronomic tour of the Welsh coastline takes him around the Llyn Peninsula, where he prepares sea snails, lobster and periwinkles for some of the local people. He also visits the Fish Festival in Pwllheli to sample some of the best of local produce.
