PORTMEIRION TO ABERYSTWYTH

The fourth stage of Dudley's gastronomic tour of the Welsh coastline takes us from Porthmadog down towards Aberystwyth. Tonight's menu includes John Dory, salt marsh lamb from Talsarnau, wild salmon from the Mawddach, and sea bass, caught and cooked near Clarach.
