The fifth stage of Dudley's gastronomic tour of the Welsh coastline takes him along Cardigan Bay, from New Quay to Fishguard. On the way he prepares New Quay mackerel and shimps, Aberporth herrings, hake, spider crabs and Cardigan Bay scallops.
