600ml/1 pint of lemonade
100m/3 ½fl oz of orange juice
50ml/1 ¾fl oz of blackcurrant cordial
2 tablespoons of white sugar
1-2 fresh oranges - thinly sliced
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

to decorate
1 egg white - beaten
sugar - in a bowl
2 drops of blue food colouring

METHOD

In a jug, pour the lemonade, orange juice and blackcurrant cordial and then mix the sugar and cinnamon in. Add the orange pieces. Mix the food colouring into the sugar. To serve, take a glass and place the top into the egg white and then the sugar. Serve with a piece of fresh orange.
