METHOD
Melt the butter and cook the onion until soft. Add the celery and the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in the stock and the wine and bring to the boil. Put a lid on it and cook for 20 - 25 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Leave to cool for a while. Liquidise the mixture, pour back into the saucepan and add the milk and stilton. Heat through again and taste for seasoning
