METHOD
Using your hands, mix the flour with the yeast and then rub in the butter. Add the onion and the cheese followed by the eggs. Add the milk in order to bind the mix. Roll out the mix and cut out the scones. Place them on baking tray with a little cheese on the top and then place in a hot oven (200ºC) for around 10-15 minutes.
