TUNA STARFISH

INGRIEDIENTS

mashed potato
½ tin of tuna
prawns - finely chopped
worcester sauce
1 tablespoons/16ml of tomato ketchup
a good handful of breadcrumbs
METHOD
Put the mashed potato, tuna, prawns, Worcester sauce and tomato ketchup into a large bowl and mix well. Roll out the filling and cut into star shapes and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place in the oven at 170ºC for around 15 minutes. Serve with pasta and tomato sauce.
