METHOD
Fry the onions in a frying pan, add the pine nuts and fry until browned. Add the mixed spice and the minced lamb and cook until browned. Add the sultanas, lime zest, parsley and coriander.
For the mashed potato - beat the egg, corn flour and salt together and then pour onto the boiled potatoes. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well by hand. Make small parcels/balls out of the potato mix.
Fill each of the potato parcels/balls with the meat mix ensuring that all the parcels are sealed before shallow frying in the meat juices for 4-5 minutes.
