METHOD
Fry the tuna with a little salt and black pepper in basil oil. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, basil oil, black pepper and salt. For the salad - put the tomatoes in a salad. Add the black olives, the anchovies, French beans, potatoes and quail eggs. Toss it well. Slice the tuna in half and serve on top of the salad
