INGRIEDIENTS

4 quail eggs
10 small new potatoes - halved and boiled
50g/2oz of cooked french beans
8 black olives - halved
6 anchovies - cut into strips
8 small tomatoes - halved
2 x 100g/4oz of fresh tuna
3 x tablespoons/15ml of basil oil
1 tablespoons/15ml of lemon juice
salt
black pepper
METHOD
Fry the tuna with a little salt and black pepper in basil oil. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, basil oil, black pepper and salt. For the salad - put the tomatoes in a salad. Add the black olives, the anchovies, French beans, potatoes and quail eggs. Toss it well. Slice the tuna in half and serve on top of the salad
