METHOD
Finely chop the red chillies and put into a saucepan then crush the small hot chillies and add along with the dried chilli, the paprika and the corn oil. Bring to the boil then simmer for 20 minutes. Leave to cool. Store in bottles or jars for a fortnight or more in order to strengthen the taste.
